Our offices are open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with a 1 pm close on Fridays. If you need assistance outside of our regular hours, please contact your consultant's mobile or message our Facebook page.

Temporary workers will be paid weekly in arrears, by 5:00 pm on Fridays.

To find out, please call your nearest branch and press option 4, or email payroll@masstemps.co.uk. You will receive a text message by 12:00 or 16:00 Monday to Thursday, and by 12:00 on Fridays.

Please ensure that your requested days are authorised by your place of work first, then contact your Masstemps consultant to notify them. Masstemps require one week's notice for one day's holiday and one month's notice for one week.

Holidays run from January to December and are calculated on an accrual basis.

Please email payroll@masstemps.co.uk with your change of bank details. You must send the email from the address you registered with, and you must also confirm your address and date of birth. Please note that any details received after Tuesday at 9:00 am will not be processed until the following week.

If you are over the age of 22, you will automatically be enrolled in a pension after your 13th week. You will receive a welcome letter from the pension provider either by email or post. To opt out, please follow the instructions on the welcome letter.
