James Astley – 10 Years at Masstemps

Our Wolverhampton Branch Manager James Astley, has achieved a significant milestone by completing 10 years with Masstemps! He joined us as a Recruitment Consultant in 2012 and has since then progressed to become the Wolverhampton Branch Manager in 2020. James along with his team have been running the branch successfully ever since.

We asked James a few questions about his decade-long journey at Masstemps, and here are his responses.

What’s your highlight of working for Masstemps?

“Being named as branch manager and starting and maintaining a successful branch”

What do you enjoy about working for Masstemps?

“The Directors have rewarded me and kept every promise that they have ever made. They have supported me through the good and bad times in my personal life and I appreciate the platform they have given me”

Any final comments?

“Thank you to all the people that I have worked with and supported me in the last 10 years! I had hair and a dream when I started. The hair may have gone but the dream remains”
